Deploying MCA Technology

Over the past year Tracline has been working with Trusts to understand what is required to ensure a successful rollout of MCA Technology.

Below are a few of suggestions which aid in implementation:

  • Obtain stake holders buy in
  • Review wireless network coverage
  • Work closely with Clinical lead
  • Appoint a Project Manager
  • Consider training requirements both IT & Clinical
  • Start with a small manageable number of users

    • Our level of involvement depends on individual Trusts wishes & needs; helping with project management, training, application vendor liaison, hardware support and configuration, we will help with whatever is required to ensure a successful deployment.
